I was dealing with skin issues for a while now. I couldnt be in the sun, i couldnt even sweat in the shade on a hot day without irritating my skin and breaking out all over with bumps. I knew a western medicine practitioner would only help to supress the symptoms i was experiencing without getting to the root cause. That was when I decided to find a holistic practitioner near me. By the grace of God, I found Dr. Helen. As soon as we met, she asked to see my tongue and already knew what my problem was. She immediately told me I had a leaky or cracked gut. I cannot recommend Dr. Helen highly enough. Her compassion, kindness, and genuine care for her patients is unlike anything I have ever experienced in healthcare — especially her dedication to helping veterans. After going through multiple surgeries and being placed on countless medications, I honestly felt like I had lost myself and the quality of life I once had. Since beginning treatment with her, my life has completely changed. I am now able to do things I have not been able to do in over two years. She knew I had trouble with my spleen before my imaging and doctors even knew. She has helped me with my neuropathy, digestion, and nutrition. She is incredibly kind, caring, and very smart. I would, and have recommended her to many others. She is the best.
